Today Apna Bank has 85 branches and 71 ATMs spread across Maharashtra and Goa.

 It started adopting technology in 1991 by computerizing its branches. It was the second bank in the country to start digitizing its data from manual to computerized data. Being one of the first 8 co-operative banks to introduce this service for its customers, the bank continues this trend even today by introducing UPI – Unified Payment Interface. Its name is also included in the BHIM APP launched by the government for simple banking services for the general public.

In June 2008 Apna Bank launched its core banking system owned by the state of the art datacenter in Mumbai. It has provided the facility of connecting all its branches and ATMs. As a Business Continuity Plan Bank has Disaster Recovery Site at its proprietary premises at Kolhapur-Maharashtra Apna Bank is a direct member of INFINET (Indian Financial Network) through which it provides NGRTGS and NEFT facility to its customers.

The bank has a direct membership with NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India). This bank provides the following facilities to its customers:-

The bank has AD-II license for foreign exchange services including issue of foreign LC with necessary tie up with renowned banks, LC exemption, packing credit, post shipment credit, issue of demand draft in foreign currency, issue of foreign currency notes etc. are included.

    The Magnetic Ink Character Recognition Code (MICR) is a numeric code that uniquely identifies a Bank-Branch participating in the ECS Credit scheme. MICR code consists of 9 digits e.g 500447125

    • First 3 digits represent the city (500447125)
    • Next 3 digits represent the bank (500447125)
    • Last 3 digits represent the branch (500447125)

    The MICR Code assigned to a bank branch is written on the MICR band of cheque leaves issued by bank branches.
